Descriptions of the Jobs:
*All of these positions have a term of one year except for the advisers.
Chapter Chief -
The chapter chief is the leader of the chapter. Advised by the chaptor advisor, he runs each meeting taking care of any and all issues while making sure everyone has a fun time.
Vice Chief of Administration -
The Vice Chief of administration is the member of the chapter in charge of visiting the troops in the Impeesa District and holding their elections so they can have their eligible members join the Order of the Arrow.
Vice Chief of Communications -
The Vice Chief of Communications is the member of the chapter who takes minutes at our meetings, emails the members of our chapters about events, and connects the leadership of the chapter to the general members.
Vice Chief of Finance -
The Vice Chief of Finance is the member of the chapter who keeps track of our financial status, what comes in and what goes out. He is also responsible for collecting donations at meetings, and making shirts and patches for the chapter.
Vice Chief of Programs -
The Vice Chief of Programs is responsible for planning activities for the chapter to do, from games to patch trading. He also organizes the attempts to win spirit stick at lodge events.
Vice Chief of American Indian Affairs-
The Vice chief of American Indian Affairs is the organizer for the chapter's involvement in ceremonies, signing, and dancing. He works to to make sure that these teams are running smoothly and effectively to the needs and wants of everyone involved in AIA.
